Diversity & Inclusion
Appreciation, acceptance and respect have always played an important role for us and are firmly anchored in our values. They contribute to our vision of being “Créateurs de Convivialité”. Our commitment to greater diversity ranges from unconscious bias workshops - filtering out unconscious biases to reflect on one's own behavior in order to make decisions without prejudice, more objectively and in line with performance - to the topic of equal pay - payment is based on performance, not gender. We have been a signatory to the Diversity Charter since 2020. To support our commitment to diversity in the industry, we have been active in the LEAD Network since 2023. In 2024, Pernod Ricard Germany founded its first Employee Resource Group with employees and allies from the LGBTQI+ community.
Responsib'All Day
Since 2011, the global Responsib'All Day has been celebrated once a year - the day on which Pernod Ricard employees worldwide put their usual activities on hold. With their commitment, they draw attention to socially relevant issues and thus make an important contribution.
Female empowerment with Lillet
Supporting women has been a central theme at Lillet since it was founded in 1872. The combination of French lifestyle, convivial aperitif culture and mutual support and encouragement. With the global Yours to Define campaign, the aperitif brand celebrates women and encourages them to emancipate themselves by breaking the rules and creating their own. Part of Lillet's female empowerment approach is the annual Lillet Les Ateliers event, which creates a platform for women to support each other and grow together.
