What is it like to work in Warsaw?
- Our office is in a prestigious location in the heart of Warsaw, overlooking the Palace of Culture, in a place with excellent transport links.
- We offer flexible working hours – you can start work between 7:00 and 10:00.
- We work in a hybrid mode.
- By joining the Warsaw branch, you can become part of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, or Operations teams.

What is it like to work in Poznań?
- Our office is located in a quiet area surrounded by forest near Poznań.
- We offer flexible office hours – you can start work between 7:00 and 10:00 a.m., and we operate a hybrid mode.
- By joining our team in Poznań, you can become part of the following departments: Spirits Warehouse, Purchasing, Health and Safety, Quality Control (laboratory) and/or HR, Customer Service, IT.
- The safety of our people at work is of utmost importance to us, which is why we implement various procedural and equipment solutions to improve it.
What is it like to work in Zielona Góra?
- It is a place with a long tradition – some of our brands have been manufactured here since 1946.
- The production plant and office are located in the very center of the city, in a convenient location with good transport links.
- At the plant, employees work two shifts from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- In the office, we offer flexible working hours – you can start work between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and we there is an option of hybrid mode.
- In our work, we combine many years of tradition and experience with innovative solutions in production and distribution.
- The safety of our people at work is of utmost importance to us, which is why we implement various procedural and equipment solutions to improve safety at our plant.
What is it like to work in the sales fieldforce?
- All sales representatives take part in comprehensive introductory program – the “Start Program” – which provides a comprehensive overview of their responsibilities.
- At Wyborowa Pernod Ricard, we focus on the development of our employees, which is why we have been running the “Development Pays Off” program for years – it gives them the opportunity to improve their sales skills and competencies.
- We make sure that our employees work in good and optimized conditions: routes are set in advance and settled every two months.
- To offer our employees the opportunity to work in the office, prepare for client meetings, or complete tasks that they were unable to complete during the week, we have introduced “flexible Fridays” for the field team and “flexible Mondays” for the On Trade team.
- Every person working in the fieldforce has a company car at their disposal, also for private use.
- On their first day of work, each employee receives the basic tools they need to do their job – a tablet and a phone.

Stage 1.
Send us your CV and fill out the recruitment form.Stage 2.
Talk to us. After analyzing all the CVs we receive, we will invite selected candidates to a meeting with their potential supervisor and a person from the HR department.Stage 3.
In the next stage, if it is related to the position you are applying for, we may ask you to prepare a case study, technical test, and/or psychometric test.Stage 4.
When recruiting for certain positions, we may also invite you to another meeting with a senior manager. -

It is primarily aimed at those who wish to maintain a balance between their personal and professional lives and take advantage of flexible solutions that will help them organize their day in a way that best corresponds with their duties.
