As a business unit of Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Pernod Ricard New Zealand benefits from shared departments known as corporate functions. These corporate functions work in collaboration with all the Pernod Ricard Winemakers business units and are spread across the Australian and New Zealand sites.These corporate functions include:

Finance : The Finance teams provide expertise to the company by providing insights on the financial performance to the management team, actively supporting the decision making process and by coordinating the annual strategic budget planning.

Commercial Strategy: The Commercial Strategy team provides Sales & Marketing teams with category reporting and insights, supports customer business reviews, leads category projects with key retailers, to identify and deliver profitable growth opportunities.

Business Information Services: The Business Information Services (BIS) team supports the company in all facets of information technology.

Human Resources: The Human Resources team supports the company with expertise in recruitment, talent management, learning & development, remuneration and rewards as well as driving employee engagement.

Legal and Corporate Affairs: The Legal and Corporate Affairs team provide a variety of support to the company, primarily by ensuring the companies’ interests are protected through the provision of timely and accurate legal advice. The team is also responsible for maintaining government relations and corporate affairs.

Communications :  The Communications team is responsible for internal communication, corporate communication and global brand communication.

Global Marketing: With a focus on innovation, consumer insights and global brand strategy development, the Global Marketing team works closely with Pernod Ricard market companies worldwide to strengthen our knowledge and expertise of the Group’s key wine and spirit brands.
