Camshorn, originally a Suffolk sheep farm, sits sheltered from prevailing winds by hills on both sides. The vineyard’s clay and gravel soils, along with its sun-trap climate, are the key to creating rich, aromatic wines. Waipara is a small yet diverse grape growing area. It provides a cool climate, a long dry autumn and high diurnal variation, ideal for growing aromatic wines.
