Biography

Mauve Croizat, Executive Vice President of Finance & Tech. 
Over the course of her 20-year international career with the Group, Mauve has held executive positions in Finance, Business Development, and General Management in France, the United States, and Sweden. Notably, she served as VP of Finance & Administration at The Absolut Company and later as Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Sweden and Northern Europe. 
She subsequently led the Group’s global transformation program before assuming her role as Executive Vice President of Finance and Technology in October 2026.
