Biography

Philippe Prouvost, Global Senior Vice President, Legal & M&A. 
Philippe began his career at Arthur Andersen International before joining AXA’s Group Legal Department (M&A and Financing). 
He then joined Pernod Ricard in 2002 as Corporate General Counsel and, starting in 2012, served as Secretary of the Board of Directors—positions he held concurrently for more than six years—before becoming the Group’s Director of Strategy and M&A in 2018. 
He was appointed Executive Vice President of Legal and M&A in October 2026.
