Pernod Ricard sells Frïs vodka to Sazerac

Pernod Ricard announces today the signing and completion of the sale of Frïs Vodka to Sazerac.

The disposal is in line with the Pernod Ricard strategy to focus on its priority spirits and wines brands. The value of the transaction is not being disclosed.

Frïs Vodka is a standard vodka selling 250,000 9-litre cases in the USA annually.
