NOTICE OF MALIBU PROMOTIONAL GLASSWARE RECALL
Pernod Ricard UK has decided to discontinue the use of Malibu promotional packs containing a glass supplied as a complimentary gift with the product, as following quality control testing, we found that the product did not meet our stringent quality standards.
We ask all customers and consumers in possession of the Malibu Piña Colada glass to stop using it and dispose of it in accordance with the applicable waste-sorting rules.

The food product itself is entirely safe. The identified non-compliance relates solely to the inadequate quality of the glass supplied free of charge with the pack.
In accordance with all applicable regulations and generally accepted market practices, the suspension of use has been communicated to the glass supplier so that the cause of the incident can be thoroughly investigated and similar situations prevented in the future. The relevant market monitoring and supervisory authorities have also been informed of the actions taken.
The health and safety of consumers are our highest priorities, which is why we always treat every report with the utmost seriousness. We apologise to all consumers and distributors for any inconvenience caused. We will make every effort to ensure that a similar situation does not occur again.
