Sandra Heitmann, Managing Director CH/AT 

Sandra Heitmann has been Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Switzerland since July 1, 2019, and additionally assumed the role of Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Austria in September 2025. Prior to this, the German native held various positions at Pernod Ricard Germany, most recently serving as a member of the executive team responsible for Business Development & Solutions. After completing her studies, Sandra worked for several years in France as a controller for a German industrial company, before leading projects for mid-sized companies at a leading international management consultancy.

Juan Camilo Ruiz, Finance & Operations Director CH/AT 

Juan Camilo Ruiz holds a Master’s degree in Finance from CESA in Colombia. He began his career in 2013 at British American Tobacco before joining Pernod Ricard Colombia in October of the same year as Manager for Financial Planning and Treasury. In the following years, he took on various roles within the company, including positions at Pernod Ricard USA and Pernod Ricard Mexico. Since 2021, he has been working at Pernod Ricard Switzerland, where, as Finance & Operations Director, he is responsible for the Swiss and Austrian markets.

Miljana Bauduin, Marketing Director CH/AT

Miljana Bauduin has been Marketing Director Switzerland since 2018 and additionally took over responsibility for the Austrian market in September 2025. She began her career at Reckitt Benckiser, where she gained valuable experience in marketing and sales across various countries and categories before joining the Pernod Ricard Group in 2016.

Nicole Bächtiger, Sales Director CH

Nicole Bächtiger has been Sales Director at Pernod Ricard Switzerland since XYZ. Previously, she worked as Sales Director Retail, overseeing Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Sales Development. After completing her degree in International Business Administration, the German native gained over 15 years of professional experience with consumer goods manufacturers in Germany and abroad, including Henkel, Johnson & Johnson, and Coca-Cola.
