Valuing people

In the spirit of conviviality, we focus on diversity and fair treatment of people throughout the supply chain.

  • The company consistently builds an inclusive work culture, supporting, among other things, the growing role of women in management structures – over three years, the representation of women on the Board of Pernod Ricard Central Europe increased from 20% to 45%. Additionally, the company actively addresses the pay gap and conducts D&I training for all employees, covering topics such as building diverse teams, inclusive language, and unconscious biases.

The effectiveness of these efforts is monitored using the Inclusion Index – an inclusion indicator developed by the Pernod Ricard Group, which is part of the annual employee satisfaction survey. With these tools, the company can consciously develop and effectively strengthen its culture of diversity.

  • Be the One Campaign

At Wyborowa Pernod Ricard, caring for employees is the foundation of all actions. The company ensures safety not only in its offices, brand homes, vineyards, distilleries, and production facilities but also during client visits and brand activations at festivals. The priority is to ensure that everyone feels safe.

For us, health and safety are not just a set of rules but a continuous commitment to building a culture of mutual care. We believe that everyone, by being vigilant and supportive of their colleagues, contributes to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. We operate under the premise that everyone can have a real impact on preventing unforeseen accidents. We believe that caring for safety is a collective effort, where there is no room for chance. Through joint action, we build a culture where caring for others is a paramount value
