Sandra Heitmann
Managing Director CH/AT
Sandra Heitmann has been Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Swiss since July 1, 2019, and additionally assumed the role of Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Austria in September 2025. A German native, she previously held various positions at Pernod Ricard Germany, most recently serving as a member of the Management Board responsible for Business Development & Solutions. After completing her studies, Sandra spent several years in France as a Controller for a German industrial company before moving on to a leading international management consultancy, where she managed projects for medium-sized enterprises.
As the mother of two children, Sandra enjoys spending quality time with her family. Together, they share a passion for traveling, skiing, and playing tennis.
Her preferred drinks include Perrier-Jouët and Lillet – and occasionally, she also enjoys a refined cocktail with Monkey47.
Christopher Robl
Country Manager
Christopher Robl started his career at Pernod Ricard Austria in 2011 as Senior Key Account Manager. After serving as Head of Key Account, the native of the Waldviertel region took on the role of Sales Director, assuming responsibility for all sales channels. Since September 2025, he has additionally held the position of Country Manager. Prior to this, he gained valuable professional experience at major corporations such as Nestlé and OMV, providing him with extensive expertise in the food industry.
Outside of work, Christopher enjoys spending time in nature and pursuing his passion for surfing.
His preferred choice of drinks includes Perrier-Jouët and a classic Mojito.
Giordano Diamanti
Finance & Operations Director CH&AT
Giordano Diamanti began his career at Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland in 2016 as a Commercial Management Trainee. Over the following years, he held several commercial leadership roles, including Key Account Manager, Route to Market Manager and Digital Commerce & New Business Manager, leading digital transformation projects and the development of new business opportunities.
In 2022, he joined Pernod Ricard Switzerland as Revenue Growth Manager. Since 2024, he has been working as Revenue Growth Manager Switzerland & Austria, leading RGM and Commercial Finance initiatives across both markets. In September 2026 he was appointed Finance & Operations Director for the Swiss and Austrian markets.
Miljana Bauduin
Marketing Director CH/AT
Miljana Bauduin has been Marketing Director Switzerland since 2018 and additionally assumed responsibility for the Austrian market in September 2025. She began her career at Reckitt Benckiser, where she gained valuable marketing and sales experience across various countries and categories, before joining the Pernod Ricard Group in 2016. Miljana is married and mother of a young son.
In her free time, she enjoys discovering new cities and countries, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
Her preferred drinks include Perrier-Jouët and Havana Club cocktails – most recently, she has developed a particular appreciation for Altos Paloma.
Christina Schramm
Regional HR Business Partner
Christina Schramm has been with Pernod Ricard Deutschland GmbH since August 2019, supporting the markets in Austria and Switzerland as a Regional HR Business Partner in all HR matters. Previously, she held various HR positions at Galeria Kaufhof in Germany.
She enjoys drinking Moscow Mule or Espresso Martini and likes to spend time with family and friends.
