Paris and Fort Worth, TX., August 30th, 2019 ' Following satisfaction of closing conditions precedent, and in line with the previous press release of August 5th, 2019, Pernod Ricard, through Pernod Ricard USA, announces today the completion of the acquisition of Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co., owner of the TX brand of premium whiskies.
