Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are open to all. These voluntary, employee-led initiatives supported by leaders help to create a sense of belonging. They empower employees to share their voices and encourage everyone to be an ally. 
 

Welcoming all Abilities

The disability framework aims to create a supportive workplace for employees with visible and invisible disabilities. By nurturing a culture of empathy and awareness, everyone can feel comfortable during their time at Pernod Ricard.  

In a step towards building a more diverse and inclusive shop floor, and to uphold our commitment as a responsible employer, the ADPL plant in Kanpur, India, launched an initiative in 2024 to integrate specially-abled talent into its workforce.

Today, the plant proudly employs over 100 specially abled individuals, making inclusion a cornerstone of its operational excellence.

We empower employees to feel comfortable disclosing their disabilities to support them throughout their time at Pernod Ricard. ConviviABILITY aims to make disabled or differently abled employees feel more comfortable at work while also educating and raising awareness amongst coworkers by challenging stereotypes and creating a culture of empathy.
