Our Board

Anna Malmhake

CEO, The Absolut Company

We are humbled to have Anna as our trailblazer. A leader of our industry for over a decade, Anna is a true embodiment of everything we care about at The Absolut Company. Our brilliantly smart, bold, pioneering and compassionate lateral thinker held leadership positions at Pernod Ricard for many years before becoming our Chairman and CEO in July 2016. Prior to joining our family, Anna was the CEO of Irish Distillers, where she was named CEO of The Year at the IMAGE Businesswoman Awards in 2015. When she’s not keeping our company at the top of its game, Anna enjoys a well-made cocktail and loves to explore new bars and restaurants. She leads an active lifestyle with her family and partner, and is partial to the odd computer game, history documentary (particularly vikings!) and fashion exhibit.

Paula Eriksson

VP Corporate Communications, The Absolut Company

Paula is proud to have been with The Absolut Company for upwards of a
decade. Her diverse career, spanning from fast moving consumer goods
to politics, has lined her up perfectly to take care of our corporate
communications. Ethics, accountability and sustainability drive Paula in
everything she does. She’s passionate about making the right choices
and values being an equitable employer, fair business partner and a good
corporate citizen. She’s also passionate about adding value to local
communities and bringing joy and conviviality to the world, so we are
thrilled she’s part of our mission. When she’s not building up our
communications, Paula is a dedicated single mother to her 10-year-old
son, an avid dancer and a weekend kayaker..

Anna Schreil

Production director & VP of operations,The Absolut Company

We handpicked Anna for the role of Production Director and VP of
Operations because of her discernible passion for production,
development, supply chain management and - importantly - sustainability.
She lives in our vodka-making hub of Ahus, where she works tirelessly to
supervise over 300 employees as they produce our Absolut Vodka. Anna
is fascinated by innovative production technology, and the interaction
between man and machine. It was this that lead to her to gain a degree in
engineering, after which she worked her way through product
development positions until she reached us. Anna’s husband and four
children live in Ahus with her, where they play plenty of sport and hit the
ski slopes when they get the chance.
