The vacancies are not displayed properly and the filters do not work, what can I do?

Some web browsers do not work perfectly with our system, try to refresh the page, check that you have the latest version of your web browser, or try to use another web browser (We recommend Chrome 16 or higher / Internet Explorer 8 or higher / Safari 5.1 or higher).

Why is there a list of organizations with different names?

All the listed organizations belong to the Pernod Ricard Group; our decentralized organization allows all of our affiliates to manage their recruitment in an independent way. All the vacancies available in the Pernod Ricard Group are posted on this website

How can I access vacancies posted in other languages?

You can use the links at the bottom of the job search page to switch to vacancies published in other languages (please note that some vacancies are available in one language only). Currently the available languages are English, French and Spanish.

How can I create a candidate account?

You can either click the “Sign in” button on the top right hand corner then “New user” and fill in the form, or click “Apply online” on any job vacancy while not signed in and you will be redirected to the login page. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after filling in the form, and then you will be able to complete your candidate profile. Your candidate profile will enable you to apply for jobs, to follow online and in real time the progress of your applications, to save your job search preferences and to activate job alerts.

How can I update my candidate account?

You can click the “Sign in” button on the top right hand corner then enter your user name and password (that you received by email after your first connection). Then in your candidate profile you can update the information it contains by using the “Edit” buttons next to the title of each category.

I forgot my candidate account password / username, how can I proceed?

From the login page you can click the “Forgot your username?” or “Forgot your password?” links, you will be asked your email address and your password / username will be sent to you by email.

How many jobs can I apply for?

You can apply for as many jobs as you want, but keep in mind that applying for a lot of different jobs might slow down your application review and impact the recruiter’s view in a negative way.

How can I send my application? Can I apply via email?

All of our recruitment go through this website; it is not possible to apply through another channel. Just click on the "Apply online" button on the job vacancy you wish to apply for and follow the different steps.

How can I upload my resume or other files?

When applying for a vacancy or when creating / updating your candidate profile, you can upload a resume or another relevant file at the “Attach files” screen. The maximum number of files you can attach is 2, and the maximum size of each file is 1220ko.

Can I save my application and send it later?

Yes, in order to do this you can either put a job vacancy you are interested in in your job cart using the button “Add to My Job Cart” at the bottom of any job vacancy page, or click “Apply online” then “Save as Draft” at any point of your application.

Who will receive my application? What will happen next? What is the typical recruitment process?

Our decentralized organization allows all of our affiliates to manage their recruitment in an independent way. Your application will be directly received and analyzed by the local recruiter in charge of the job vacancy. If your profile matches the position requirements, you will be invited for an interview. The recruitment process might vary depending on the country / affiliate of the job for which you are applying, but you will usually have different interviews with HR and hiring managers from operational teams.

Can I follow directly online the progress of my application?

Yes, in the “My Jobpage” tab, there is a summary of all your applications and the current state of each of them, which is updated in real time.

How long will it take to receive an answer?

Once you submit your application, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your application has been successful. You should then be contacted within a few weeks, it depends on the country / affiliate of the job for which you are applying, but in many countries this can be faster.

Can I withdraw my application?

Yes, in the “My Jobpage” tab, a “Withdraw” button is available under each of the vacancies you applied for. You will be asked what the reason of your withdrawal is. At the bottom of the page there is also a “Withdraw all submissions” button in case you want to withdraw from several vacancies at once. You will receive a confirmation email.

Can I send an unsolicited application in case there is no relevant job vacancy matching my profile?

If no vacancy matches your requirements, you can create your candidate profile by clicking the “click here” link at the top of the job search page. Your profile will be uploaded in our system and available to our recruiters.

How can I save my job preferences and be informed in real time about job opportunities?

You can fill in your candidate profile, save your job preferences in terms of organization, location, function, and tick the box marked “Send an email notification whenever a new position matching this profile is posted” at the bottom of the “Personal Information” page.

Can I apply from my smartphone or tablet?

Yes, our Careers website is adapted to all kinds of mobile devices.
