For holders of direct registered shares

If you are a holder of direct registered shares, Pernod Ricard has established a procedure for buying and selling shares (PDF, xx Ko)

1. Contact Securities Services at Société Générale, Pernod Ricard’s approved financial intermediary, by:
   • phone: +33 2 51 85 67 89 (for calls outside France),
   • fax: + 33 2 51 85 53 42,
   • internet: www.nominet.socgen.com * (secure access with personal access code and password).
   * Phone and internet orders will only be approved upon receipt of the “phone or internet order” agreement, duly signed and approved by the shareholder.
   
   
2. You must hold a direct registered share account with funds to cover a minimum of 50% of the order cost.
   
3. Once the purchase order has been completed, you will receive a registered account transaction statement indicating the outstanding balance.  Payment is due upon receipt of this statement.

2. The sale order will be placed on the stock market provided the shareholder has sufficient shares in the direct registered account.
   
3. Payment must be made by cheque or bank transfer 3 working days after the date of sale on Euronext Paris (for payments from accounts opened in France). Société Générale will issue a registered account transaction statement and a stock market transaction statement.

For holders of bearer shares

Buy/sell orders must be sent to your bank or brokerage firm.

You wish to register your existing bearer shares as direct registered shares or intermediary registered shares.

• Transfer form for registering your shares as direct registered You must send a written request to the financial intermediary currently holding your shares.
  For your convenience, Pernod Ricard Shareholder Services provides transfer forms and form letters. You can request them by contacting Pernod Ricard, Shareholder Services, 12 place des États-Unis, 75783 Paris cedex 16, France.
