The Board of Directors, meeting on June 18th 2008 under the chairmanship of Patrick Ricard, approved the distribution of an interim cash dividend for the 2007/2008 financial year of €0.63 per share.    The ex-right date will be June 30th and the interim dividend will be paid on Thursday July 3rd 2008.

In accordance with prior years’ practice, this interim dividend is equal to 50% of the total cash dividend amount paid in relation to the 2006/2007 financial year and after the implementation of a two-for-one split on 15 January 2008.
