International Regional Manager
Job purpose
- To maximise the profitable development of Pernod Ricard brands within a defined portfolio of markets.
- To play a brand ambassadorial role in a specific region of the world.
Key Responsibilities
The International Regional Manager is responsible for:
- Developing long and short term plans for all markets and brand/market combinations
- Communication and implementation of global marketing strategy for key brands
- Sales force motivation, training and share of mind
- Financial control and management
- Delivering the profit of key-brand market combinations
Your profile
- Education
- At least degree level - Background
- Working knowledge of the spirits business and customers would be a plus.
- Combined marketing and commercial experience - Required skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills – with both internal and external contacts and working with junior, senior and executive management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Numerical and financial acumen
- In depth understanding of brand marketing at both a strategic and implementation level
- A brilliant self-starter with entrepreneurial approach
- Well developed planning and organisational skills
Sales Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing/executing sales and marketing programs in conjunction with distributor activities to achieve the predetermined brand, volume, programs, distribution and other related sales activities goals.
- Responsible for assisting marketing managers in the identification of focus vicinity opportunities by brand and joint key account planning.
- Ensures that distributor efforts/visits/programs are aligned around target focused vicinity, key accounts and channels, and the overall market.
- Train, motivate and develop distributor’s sales teams to achieve volume targets within focus vicinities and the balance of market.
- Responsible for implementing approved programming with key on and off-premise accounts within the designated geographical area and predetermined focus vicinities.
- Maintain and analyze market data on distributor performance to maximize sales and market share results.
- Ensures accurate and timely communication of changing field conditions that effect volumes, staffing of distributors and competitors to management, while managing all economic budgets that may be assigned on behalf of the company.
