Job purpose

Overall responsibility for strategic development and implementation of marketing materials and programs to support the brand strategy.


Key responsibilities
  • Advertising and PR development on the brand
  • New product development
  • Field visits to better understand sales needs
  • POS development and follow up 
  • Communicated needs to Brand Owners and Sales Forces
  • Manage brand budget

Your profile
  • Education
    At least degree level
  • Background
    Typically requires 1-3 years of previous marketing or sales management experience
  • Required Skills
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Outstanding aptitude for time management. 
    Thoroughness, interpersonal awareness, creative and influencing skills proficiencies in customer service are key competencies for success.
    - Creativity and ability to think “out of the box” 
    - Ability to manage budgets

Senior marketing manager


Job purpose

For the brands concerned:

  • Formulate objectives, strategy and an action plan for the short- and mid-term to improve Pernod Ricard’s  brands profitability.
  • Ensure the implementation and follow-up of the action plan.
  • Assess the results obtained.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the brands concerned on a day-to-day basis.
  • Analyse the relevant markets and evaluate the results of initiatives across the marketing mix. Propose actions to achieve the agreed objectives.
  • Formulate a strategy and accompanying budgetary proposal as part of the long range and annual plan processes. 
  • Prepare and circulate market and brand analysis.
  • Contribute to the continued development of both the brands and the company.

    Typically requires 3-5 years of previous marketing or sales management experience
  • Education
    At least degree level

    - A self-starter able to use his/her own initiative
    - Possessing in-depth knowledge of the market
