The mission of Pernod Ricard’s Board of Directors is to determine the Group’s strategy and oversee its implementation.  It defines and oversees the Group’s management.

Operations


The Board of Directors determines the Group’s strategy and ensures its implementation. It is asked to make a decision with regard to any material management transaction or significant investment or divestment

 At each meeting, the Board of Directors also reviews:
  • sales trends,
  • financial results,
  • debt and cash flow.

The Board of Directors relies on the opinions and recommendations of the specialist committees.
