Group Executive Committee

The General Management convenes meetings of the Group Executive Committee every six weeks and organises a seminar once a year.

Objectives


  • Exchange information on the general operation of the Group and each of its subsidiaries.
  • Participate in the development of strategy and action plans.
  • Coordinate the management of human and financial resources, quality, research, etc.

The Group Executive Committee brings together the governing members of the Holding Company, the Brand Owner subsidiaries and the regional holding companies.
